LEADERSHIP
Kevin Engholm - Elder
The Engholm family has been attending FEC for over 20 years. Kevin, Psy D, works in financial services in Learning and Development. He has served at FEFC as an Elder for the past six years, is a member of the board, and is involved in various aspects of ministry including leading the Men's Bible Study. Elvira, his wife, chairs the church's Missions Committee, and is one of our English-Spanish translators. She is also actively involved as a leader in a local chapter of Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) International. All three of their children, Miranda, Rebecca, and Gabriela serve in the music ministry.
Chris Matthews - Elder
The Matthews family has been a part of the fellowship at FEC for over 13 years. Chris is an attorney by trade and has been serving as an elder for 10 years. He serves in various ministries, is on the board of directors and also oversees and teaches Adult Sunday School. His wife Claudia is on the Missions Board and involved in Pro-life ministry. Both of their children, Izzy and Gerry, serve in the music ministry when home from college.
Pat Necerato - Senior Pastor
Pat is a graduate of Whitefield Theological Seminary (M. Div.) and his background is in evangelism, youth ministry, film, and entrepreneurship. He and His wife Natalie and their four homeschooled children, Zoe, Noah, Leah Grace and Ezra, have been involved in ministry in the Monmouth County area for over 20 years.
